Hi Guys

im new here and also to the Hikvision cameras. I have just purchased 2 x DS-2CD2132F-I ( 4MM ) and a DS-7604NI-SE/P recorder, and i have a big problem.
I get video feed and can see live view of the 2 cameras,but im not able to use the PAN function and all realted to what i guess is called PTZ.

how can i control the cameras angle and so on?

sorry for the noobquestions but this is new to me :)

i hope you can help
 
Welcome to the forum. Those cameras are not ptz... They need to be adjusted at the time of install.

ok, so they can't move? hmmm...
i bought them because i thought i could control them

HIKVISION 3MP dome outdoor cam fixed 1/3" progressive CMOS 2048x1536 12.5fps auto-iris 0.01 Lux 1.2 0 LuxIR ICR 20m-30m 4mm

what model that looks like this can be controlled then?
is it only the models that are called PTZ?
