You need to select video and audio in the camera video tab

Well, changed it to Video and Audio on the cam config and the Blue Iris config is attached. I've made sure the audio format matches on both sides as well. I can hear the audio in the camera when I edit it outside of BI.

Here ya go.

I have an NSC-DB2 doorbell camera and I can hear audio on it in Blue Iris and I set the new low light camera to the same audio config.

So I set it to G7.11.alaw and nothing. Rebooted the camera and it came back up with sound. Either a fat fingered something or the reboot cleared the camera's mind.

yeah, i was gonna suggest G711ulaw, that's what works for my cams with audio. not sure if BI supports PCM...
Seems like the cam's audio setting changes required a reboot, but it just didn't bother telling you that...`
