Looks like there might be a "bargain" 2mp starlight varifocal bullet camera here in the HFW-2231T. Looks like the same image specs as the 4231 with fewer features and even a manual zoom version. How does the manual zoom work? With manual zoom, is the focusing also manual?

Andy,
Can you state single unit price and availability of the IPC-HDW2231R-ZS on page 17?

Comparing Covert 4MP (IPC-HUM8431-L1) to 2MP (IPC-HUM8231-L1) looks like 4MP has significantly better lowlight performance by those specs? Do you think that's a misprint?

I would say that it was a typo. it should be ~0.1 at 1/30 sec color

Is there a list somewhere of manufacturer suggested pricing for these cameras?

I'm betting that is simply an over site on the catalog editors end.
Andy has stated that the HDW5231R-Z Starlight has been discontinued and the IPC-HDW5231R-ZE is it's replacement.
