Hi. I just got a new NVR from LTS and it is asking for an admin password I don't have. It looks like a new firmware. It has a pattern unlock and a hard password strength test. Anyways I can't get in I have tried all the old default passwords. Any ideas where I can find this before Monday when I call tech support?

Try the web GUI, it might be more obvious.
Normally it would come 'Inactive' where it requires you to create an initial password of your own choice to 'Activate' it.
What does the status show as in SADP? Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.
If it's 'Inactive' you just need to create your own password.
The LTN8832K-P16 is a fantastic product at that price point. Although I really only have Axis Camera Station to compare to. The axis product is around $1000 for the software. I have done many: LTN8078K-P8 They are great as well..
