Anyone with Android 10 having issues with doorbell calls waking up your phone with the RCA app? I get no call notifications right now, only motion.

Same.. no notification with doorbell press.. when it did ( 1 out of 50 ) no live video would load.
This is the EZVIZ version.

Just chiming in, the LaView ONE App on Android 8 works, it rings the phone allowing us to talk through the Doorbell. Not good, was looking to upgrade to Note 10, hopefully a fix is near.

And just for fun I tried changing the "HSDB2" in the above posted RCA URLs to the model # of Nellys DB, but unfortunately no .dav file was found.
I tried the other model numbers that I could find. Here are the results (and the file's last modified date)

Code:
EZVIZ DB1
http://usdownload.ezvizlife.com/device/CS-DB1-A0-1B3WPFR/2.0/CS-DB1-A0-1B3WPFR.dav (Jul 21, 2019)
http://usdownload.ezvizlife.com/device/CS-DB1-A0-1B3WPFR/2.0/CS-DB1-A0-1B3WPFR_I.dav (Nov 28, 2018)

LaView Halo One
http://usdownload.ezvizlife.com/device/LV-PDB1630-U/2.0/LV-PDB1630-U.dav (Jul 29, 2019)

Nelly NSC-DB2
http://usdownload.ezvizlife.com/device/NDB313-W/2.0/NDB313-W.dav (Mar 4, 2019)

RCA HSDB2

Wow this is really kewl...Yeah seems all point to EZVIZ, Nelly's calls their Doorbell an EZVIZ OEM version, the latest APP update on my LaView ONE App has EZVIZ Logo for Push notifications along with other EZVIZ references. Voxx International is somehow connected to EZVIZ which registered the Doorbell with FCC. I guess they have the contract with Hikvision to market these in the U.S.

How did you get the date of these files?

So I have a question, Nelly's is claiming a substream now available? How do you access it?

Can each of these firmwares be put on any of those doorbells? Any possibility to brick it?

Which firmware the best to use? Looks like the Laview Halo One has the most recent firmware file,

It is in the server's HTTP response header of the download. "wget" happens to set the file date to the last-modified date.

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: ...
Content-Type: ....
Last-Modified: Mon, 04 Mar 2019 12:48:01 GMT

This is the question of the Century :) I can only add that I got my firmware pushed out to me on the LaView ONE App around the end of July, first of August. Also talked to LaView Techs almost a month prior and they said ONVIF was coming soon and would be testing it before released it, even told me it should be released by the end of July, which they did.

So Nelly's has an old date, March 2019, but it has been confirmed here and on Nelly's that it has ONVIF support, strange...
Chad has the golden key, he said he is going to try to update his RCA. All fingers crossed, no bricking...

Google suggests these standard Hikvision urls:

Code:
rtsp://user:pass@192.168.1.50:554/Streaming/Channels/101/ - Main Stream
rtsp://user:pass@192.168.1.50:554/Streaming/Channels/102/ - Sub Stream
or
rtsp://user:pass@192.168.0.1:554/ch1/main/av_stream
rtsp://user:pass@192.168.0.1:554/ch1/sub/av_stream
But on my RCA I can not use iVMS to set the "Image>Video & Audio>Stream Type: Sub Stream" settings.
It doesn't let me set a bitrate/resolution; I assume it has been disabled in the firmware.
"Main Stream" settings can be changed on the RCA.

Maybe someone with a Nelly DB can test.

Have you tried to install any of those other dav firmware files on your RCA doorbell? Maybe try that...

Nelly’s Firmware is old Build 190122 vs RCA at Build 190124. So is EZVIZ Build 190708 in comparison to LAVIEW Build 190716.

Also going to EZVIZ Firmware opened up a lot more options in IVMS-4200 and also replaced RCA logo with EZVIZ logo and it can be turned off using IVMS-4200 setting. Yay!

However the LaView Firmware took that option back away and left me with an RCA logo again. Ugh

Here are the differences in IVMS-4200 for the overlay settings. I reverted to the EZVIZ Build 190708 because of the extra options. Oh yeah I need to clean my lens as well. ;-)

So I see the substream option in iVMS, also the channel 102 worked in VLC, thank you, I don't know why I did not try 102, makes sense.

My thought is using the mainstream to BI while using the substream to my Action Tiles wall hung Fire tablet. Have not set it up yet but since Action Tiles does not except RTSP feed, been reading to use tinyCam PRO to run as a Web Server to stream to Action Tiles.
It even says it can cast to Chromecast (video only) so I should be able to cast to my TV, hopefully. FFmpeg is another option too.

I use ActionTiles on my Fire Sticks, Cube, IPad, IPhone etc! But I use the stream from BI instead of the stream from the camera. Make BI do the transcoding so the camera isn’t servicing more than it has to!

CHAD you Da Man, this is huge, thank you for stepping out to test the different firmwares. Wow, this opens up a Big Door, hopefully a door that does not get shut somehow by the companies selling this Doorbell. So you upgraded the firmware in iVMS-4200 right?
