my IPS provider charge a monthly fee ($25) for an static IP, not allowing for DNS services (dynamic IP). If that is the only case, any work around to allow tunnel VPN?
You can get a free service for your router and it will keep track for you. Example; noip.
After you pick which service you want, set it up in the router for the automatic dns change.
It sounds like you need to learn more about your router...

The dynamic domain name system DDNS. provides you an name to look up your IP address, your IP address changes for time to time. There are a number of DDNS services. If you are using a standard ASUS router, with ASUS software, it provides a DDNS service.

VPN is a client server application. The server is on the router, the client software is on the phone.

If you home internet provider is a cellular network, then DDNS (dynamic Domain Name System) may not work, the DDNS is needed for most Inbound VPN services (OpenVpn) to get your home IP address (it is not static) so OpenVPN may not work for you.

Port 443 is used for the VPN service in the router, so you will not be able to use it. If you are using port forwarding use a 4 or 5 digit port number.
