Well I look at both the HP and the POE switch, it was hard to pass up the HP because that is a great buy, but I have a couple desktops so I'll use one of them. Looked at the SW501 BV and bought it. Amazon said should be here Friday, we'll see. Thanks all for the help, If I can't get the AP004 camera working that will be the next item.

It doesn't show on Amazon that the AP004 camera is onvif camera so I doubt it will work with blue iris. When your looking for buying IP cameras for your setup then make sure they are onvif.

This little camera is very inexpensive. I actually have 2 of these on my house for a year (I was on a ti ght budget too when selecting my cameras) and I have been very happy with the quality. Make sure you get the POE version if you do buy it.

True but I've had relatively good luck with mine. I bought them before I knew much about brands and what to buy but I have been happy with them.
Plus if someone is on a budget Fenderman - that $40 difference on 4 cameras is an extra $160.
No doubt the Dahua are better though
