newb looking for 4k cameras

Hi all.
We just had a new house built and am looking to step up to 4k POE IP cameras for this place.
Anyone have recommendations? Search returns nothing for 4k...

There isn't a very wide selection of 4K models yet. Dahua has them cheapest, but cheaper and lower resolution cameras outperform them at night so they haven't really picked up in popularity.

Thank you guys for replying. I assume 4k (8MP+) would produce a better image than typical 1080 (2-4MP) ip cameras. I have lots to read and understand!

Yes in general - do note that MP in and of itself is only one measure.

For example:
If you want a superior night time image, the way to go currently is dahua starlight cameras which are 2MP ( 1080p ).
