Hi and welcome to the neighborhood of video camera surveillance lunatics. Be sure to look in the WiKi, in the blue bar at the top of the page, and pay particular attention to the Cliff Notes in it. There are also guides for sizing a PC and using a VPN for secure outside access. Read, study, plan, look at camera reviews here, ask questions, revise plans and test before spending money, wasting time and becoming frustrated.
