I am new to all of this stuff and have been fumbling through it. I finally go BI set up with two Hikvision cameras. Everything seems to be running well on the local network, with the exception of some video tweaking. The issue I am having is getting port forwarding on my router to stay in the settings. I was able to use the remote access wizard to successfully set up the port forwarding and it worked for about 20 minutes. I had lost connectivity when I checked it 20 minutes later on my cell phone. Upon checking the router settings it appears that the port forwarding entry for BI disappeared. I entered the info again and made sure to click apply, but it resulted in the same issue after a short period of time. I've gone through this cycle about 3 times and don't know what else to try. Any thoughts? Is Verizon removing the setting? Here is a photo of the port forwarding settings. Router is an Actiontec MI424WR. Thanks for any guidance!
