I am hoping someone is able to help me out with the following. When I download my footage from iVMS4200 and the browser there is no audio in the file. Playing file on VLC as well as Windows Media player.
I have tried the different types of audio encoding options and nothing has fixed the issue. When on live view and playback the audio is fine - just not on downloaded files.
System details:
- NVR: DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P with Firmware Version V4.51.007 build 220316
