I have the DS-2CD2532F-I Mini dome camera, which have been working just fine. But this morning it did not work any more.

I can't find my camera in SADP or in the iVMS-4200 software. When I ping my camera I receive this "Destination host unreachable". In iVMS-4200 I get the message that it is offline or the connection is broken.

I have tried two different network cables, just to see if one of them should be broken, but without any luck. I have uninstalled SADP and WinPcap, and installed them again, also without any luck.

I have also tried to reset the camera, using the little button on the camera.

Any one have an idea to what to do next ?

I would attempt a factory reset procedure using the reset button: http://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthread...-I-unreachable-after-port-change-how-to-reset

If that doesn't work, the cam is probably bricked. Perhaps a power surge nailed the network interface. Hard to say. Have it replaced on warranty if you can, but if you bought it straight from china then this is probably not cost-effective to ship it back even if they'll take it.

I tried to reset it, but it did not help.

I can see the cameras MAC adress in my router, but the camera does not receive any IP adress.

Just to be sure. The SADP tool is used to find the camera and to add an IP address to it. Is that correct ?

That is correct. It searches your subnet for any active device and will list its IP and mac address. You can then change the IP in some/most cameras.
