My clip viewer is on the right panel as always but it isn't scrolling or showing any new clips. The cams are recording to the appropriate folder but no clips?
There are some known bugs with 2.1...this is another example of why you should not be updating every time an update is pushed...I update primary systems every few months--if that...and i wait for the update to be out for at least a week before installing it.Well all my clips for today (day time) poof disappeared.......... Switched back to ivms, cause I definitely cant trust BI right now. (Version 4.0.2.1 (March 13, 2015))
Did you restart blue iris or the pc? What do you mean by I start a fresh folder each day? are you manually moving files?the number of clips in my view is enormous. wonder if too many and I can delete? I start a fresh folder for all new recordings and jpegs every day.
I have no idea...maybe the database is corrupt...repair and regenerate it...yes I am - but why no new clips in viewer? they stopped yesterday but still recording to folder
Its no problem...im curious myself...PM me the Teamviewer info..Well it must be the right folder because the videos and jpeg snaps are going to the folder I assigned it to. If you really want to take the time for team viewer that's fine but I hate to take up your time.
Do you have teamviewer installed? if not install it..TeamViewer - Free Remote Control, Remote Access & Online Meetings run the basic installation or the one time install...how do I do that
okok doing that now - now that the db is compacted the clips viewer is empty and I just rebooted then will put on team viewer

Are the clips missing from the folder? or just not showing in the application...
