Hello all,

I'm a recent Blue Iris convert from ACTi server and I can say that I waited way too long to make the change. Blue Iris is better in every conceivable way. All of the basic features that were lacking in the ACTi server are present in Blue Iris and I couldn't be happier with the performance and the feature set.

Having said all that, I believe I have found a bug and don't know where to report it.. so I'm posting here. When I externally trigger a camera group using an API http call to my Blue iris server, all of the cameras in the group start recording as expected. However, the pre-trigger video buffer time for each camera is ignored. Each of my cameras in the group have different pre-trigger times and yet each started recording at exactly the same time (the time of the http trigger). Is there a way to address this?
Thx in advance

If this is only happening with the call, you would need to email support, about tab.
