I recently moved Blue Iris 4 from a Win 7 to a Win 10 computer.
On the Win 10 computer, there is no recording indicator visible. Camera recording is set to continuous.
Checking the recording folder, I see that clips are being recorded.
On Win 7 there was a red rectangle frame surrounding the camera window. What setting controls this function in Windows 10?
