No recordings using app

Using the android app, I can see the live view just fine, but all my recordings are not available. It just shows a "tv type test pattern" and when you click on it, it takes you to a screen with a black view. The recordings work fine on the pc.

ensure the user has privileges to review recorded video

Just checked and they already have that privilege.
