No Signal: timeout, check IP address and port

I have BI running on HP Desktop PC 800 G1 Intel Core i7 4th Gen 4770 (3.40 GHz) 8 GB 500 GB HDD Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit, with BV-Tech 18 Port PoE+ Switch (16 PoE+ Ports | 2 Gigabit Ethernet uplink) – 130W – 802.3at recording to WD purple 4TB HD. I have dedicated network for the 7 cameras installed. Intermittently I have Error 8000274c on ALL cameras. It may run for a couple of days and suddenly I get this Error. I have searched this forum and can't for the life of me find the problem. I have rebooted the POE switch, restarted BI service, but nothing will restore the connections except rebooting the computer. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Assign a static IP on the computer. Cameras don't know where to look if your cpu ip change

This is the third day running without a problem. Windows 10 sent an update a few days ago. Maybe that fixed it.
