Excellent video.
1) all cop cars need 360 camera coverage while on duty 100% of the time.
2) all cops need body cameras on 100% of the time they are on duty, even in the station and at lunch break.
3) police need gun cameras on there weapons. They are available.
4) body armor for all cops.
5) bullet proof windshields for police cars. At least for pistol rounds.
