Not sure if this is BI or camera, pictures change over time

This has been a recurring problem which is that the image displayed changes as if it is not being replaced but just added on to. I am attaching and image which shows what happens after about 2 hours of use.

This is a surveillance camera, this only seems to happen with BI.

Any input would be appreciated.

Have you completed this: Optimizing Blue Iris's CPU Usage | IP Cam Talk

Does your CPU or Memory usage grow over those same two hours?
If so, search here for "memory leak".
