Nuisance...........

I know I am becoming a nuisance, but have another issue. I can't seem to download any of my recorded video clips. I tried both the IVMS-4200 Windows client and the web UI, but it just says downloading failed. I tried the clipping tool and the download icon, same results, download failed.
Attached is my local location for the captures. Even screen capture fails.....

In Windows Explorer can you navigate to any F: folders (like "F:\HikVision\Downloads") ?

You may need to run IE11 'as administrator' if you don't have the NVR IP address set in 'Trusted Sites'.

You were absolutely correct. I ran IE as administrator and downloaded the files........ Now, it decided to download the files to the location that **IT** chose and not where I TOLD it to save the files......
I will have to figure out how to make my NVR address a trusted site..

Ok, added my NVR address to my trusted zone for my Internet Explorer and now it works without having to open it as administrator.....

Any ideas on how to force it to use MY selected download location???
