NVR DS-7108NI-Q1 / 8P/M no network backup

I bought this NVR DS-7108NI-Q1 / 8P/M and to my surprise it doesn't have a network backup. Does anyone know if it is possible to change the software?

There no such thing.

Try updating a firmware. if its still doesnt have. Only cloud option you have left is, is Hikvision itself over Hik-PartnerPro, But i gotta say maan, it aint cheap.

my firmware is updated. So there are no more options for making an online backup than the one you mentioned above?

There are even more expensive so i wont even bother to list

if HIKVISION won't let me backup to my NAS, I'd rather buy another brand of NVR, sorry HIKVISION

You should be able to backup at NAS i just don't qualify that as cloud storage

You can add network storage disk at Disk management
Make sure to tick under any event you use to record under linkage Save to NAS/FTP/MemoryCard

Its probably something buggy with your nvr, all nvrs should have it
