Is it possible to view the cameras on a remote NVR (that has internet connection) on a local NVR that also has internet connection? If so, how do I add them?

Yes, a camera can stream/be recorded on multiple NVR's. You would add it by the IP_ address if the camera has internet access directly. If its connected to a PoE NVR by the NVRs ports, I dont think so...
