NVR Upgrade Issue HikVision - Help Please

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my NVR firmware and am running into a error that i can't get past.

This is the firmware i downloaded and extracted the .dav file:



Here is my firmware on the NVR itself:



Here is the error im getting. (The zip was extracted to a folder)



Any help would be appreciated.

The firmware page shows a later firmware being available - Hikvision USA

If you go to the actual camera it doesn't list the correct firmware - DS-7608NI-E2/8P-Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.

Any ideas?

Was able to find this firmware which worked.... Hikvision USA

Too late now but I suspect the original problem may have been the format of the filename.
