Hello,

I just purchased four cameras to my new NVR. Worked well for like 30min, then when I restarted the nvr, won't boot up, I get the main screen for a sec, then black screen, if the cameras are connected I can see their pictures in frames, but all freeze. After a few minutes the nvr reboot itself. What can I do now? I'm not happy at all. Is it a software issue? Please share Your thoughts.

. what type of NVR, with model number
. what type of cameras with model numbers.
. what type of cable to the camera.
. Are the cameras using POE
. Are the cameras each connected directly to the NVR or through a switch

Start simple, one camera connected to the NVR next to the NVR.

Also note I never click on a link, in a forum. attach screen shots / pictures to the post

Hello,
It's a Sannce N48PT. (POE)
Cameras are directly connected to the nvr.
(I61DC)
Cable is ethernet cable 5c type.
Cameras are POE too.
I tried to disconnect all, with one. Removed the battery for a few minutes.
Removed the HDD. Looks like it's bricked itself.

Sorry for the link, I thought it's easier to show what's going on.

FYI - Sannce / Annke - not a brand I trust. They do sell some very poor quality products.

I know that, but I was on a badget.
They said new firmware needed, so they want to do that over TeamViewer (with nvr and pc connected to the same modem) However I already tried that, with their recommended software called "device manager" but it's not recognized at all.
