I have a Canavis NVR system with 8 cameras. I installed it and all the cameras worked great for 4 months. Now only 2 cameras work and the rest don't. They just stopped working one day I have tried everything to get these cameras to work. I just cant fathom that they are broken. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this to work ?

So it's connected to the cams via wifi? There's your problem.
Wifi, is unreliable for security cameras.
