NVR4216-16P-4KS2 Firmware Failing

Hey,

I just got my new NVR from EMPIRETECANDY (very quickly i might add). I am trying to upgrade the firmware using the latest bin file from the website and it fails every time. Is there some trick to this that I don't know of? I am putting it on a USB and placing it in upgrade port. It pops up immediately and sees the BIN file, but fails as soon as it starts.

FYI, my IPC-HDW5231R-Z seems to have upgrade just fine from the chrome app.

Double check you got the right size of the file.

oops...disregard. I have a NVR5216-16P-4KS2....haha
