OCO Pro Dome camera. Oco asserts it's ONVIF compliant. Both BI and 'ONVIF Device Manager' find it during a scan but neither can actually get video from it.
ONVIF Device Mgr error message is 'There is no endpoint listening at <ipaddr>/onvif/device_service that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action.'

BI also finds the camera, but show only an error message instead of the live picture. 'Cam1: no signal. Error 8000007a (Check Port/User/Password) 0"

I've done the camera's reset process and tried the user/password combo Oco asserts is the default (admin/Password or admin/12345). No change.
What else am I missing?

Post your settings and the exact camera model. These are either rebranded hikvision or dahua depending on the model. Ensure that you have enabled onvif on the camera and provided the correct onvif password which can be different than the camera password. post a screenshot of your bi video configuration settings for the camera.

" Ensure that you have enabled onvif on the camera" this could be the issue...I haven't done that. I grabbed the IPAddr that both BI and ONVIF DeviceMgr found (they were the same) and tried to open it in a webbrowser (just 2019 XXX Directory: Sex, Porn & Cam Sites Listing) - but nothing comes up. Is there something else to do to get into the camera to adjust settings?

That ip address looks strange, do you know that its correct? You likely have the wrong ip. If you cannot access the camera, BI cannot either.
That camera is an old hikvision mini dome.
