OEM 9600 series nvr no longer can flash hik firmware

I bought a OEM 9664 nvr with firmware 3.4.82. Try to use tftp, and get what you see in the pic. Do anyone what they did to the new firmware?

the nvr still work after all....just wouldn't take the new firmware. Because OEM only get 1 or 2 updates. that's the mean reason I want to put hik firmware in. Same model I bought last summer. I can flash the hikvision firmware. now can not.
