Offline(User password error)

Hi

Today i decided to change how the order the cameras are displayed on my DS-7716NI-I4

So I re-connected the cameras in the ports. However now i find that i cannot connect to three of my cameras. They have this status "Offline(User password error)"

Anyone know how i can get my cameras back online please?

Suggestion to try:
In the NVR 'Maintenance' web GUI, export the 'IPC Configuration' to a file on your PC.
Open it with Excel or equivalent, and inspect the passwords for each camera.
These are what have been set in the NVR for camera management.

In the NVR web GUI, Camera Management, use the 'Virtual Host' to connect to the cameras, and verify the password works OK, if not, find one that does. I'm assuming you've used more than one, and there has been a mixup.
Change the password in the NVR Camera Management page as needed.

I did sort this today by manual resetting each camera.

Suggestion to try:

Is it possible to do this from a remote pc or must you be connected to the same LAN as the cameras?

I have the same issue...

Factory reset the 2 cameras in question, and still says user password incorrect... Please help!!!
