older files not deleting - error code 5

My BI server crashed and now i'm getting an issue with my server not picking up all the old files. It only seems to pick up and record new files.

The database recreates but always says I have over-allocated and its showing red on the graph line. I also get this error :

Delete: nothing to do [0/1080 hrs, 0B/5.00G, 63.5G free] 1413 errors (code 5)

I don't know how to fix this and no matter how much i reduce the size it doesn't seem to work. I have had to manually delete some file to get the recording working at least.

Any help appreciated?

delete the database folder entirely and restart

I ended up deleting all my recordings and starting with a clean database. Not happy but it got me working!
