Older firmware downloads for DS-2CD2032-I?

I was able to get the latest firmware (5.4.5) from Hikvisions site but my cameras on still on 5.0.0 and I can't upgrade directly to 5.4.5.

I've done some googling but haven't found any downloads yet.
Is there a source for the older firmware needed to do the incremental upgrades?

My cameras appear to be genuine US market as they don't have a CH anywhere in the model number (NC-KBU32) or serial numbers.

You don't need to do every version - just the major increments.
