no you can not update to a version that is beyond your support.
You can install version that are before your support date.
Your older version of BI will continue to run.

Well, you can update manually, but then you will get the evaluation watermark all over your videos LOL, which you really don't want.
I don't like the new UI anyway but i still want to support the software. Is the Blue Iris Extended Support and Maintenance plan the cheapest way to do so at $29.00?
