One Camera has 2 different IP addresses in same subnet?

Many times the "list" of devices that a firewall/router provides is actually a list of current DHCP issued addresses. If this is the case, any device with a static IP address won't show up in the list. Check to see if you can look at the "ARP Table". That should list all active IPv4 devices along with their MAC address.

Our Dahua camera had 2 ips on the same subnet. One was wired and the other wireless. When we unplugged the network cable one of the two disappeared (the default 192.168.1.180). The wireless connection remained and we could see it in the router device list.
