One of my wireless cameras keeps changing its IP address, what to do?

I keep losing the video on this camera. The next thing I see is at the device list on iVMS-4200, the one added to the client is not connect, and there's a new one detected at the bottom. When I add the new one, it's usually problematic. Any idea how I can make it not change?

Change that camera's IP address to be a static address instead of DHCP obtained IP address.

How do I do that?

It depends on the router...google is your friend..basically it binds the ip address to the mac address of the cameras wifi module so that camera always gets the same ip address.

Only if you are sure that static IP is outside your DHCP lease range; otherwise your in for a world of hurt the day you have an IP Collision.
