Only Record A certain time after a Trigger

Hi Guys.
Hope well. See attached, I am hoping that my BI could be set to record only after the CAMS motion is triggered.
And record for say 10mins after that.
All I have to play with are these settings it seams. As attached.
Any help will be most appreciated.

its called break time..its in the trigger/motion settings tab.
Also increase your pretrigger time to a few seconds...
set the record to triggered, not +periodic
