Overlays no longer showing on attached jpeg when triggered

Over the last few weeks the overlays have stopped showing up (via sms) on the attached images when triggered and an alert sent. Am I missing a new setting? I haven't changed anything. The recordings on the dvr show the overlays with no problems - its just the attached image on alert sent via sms.
 
yes.. bi - on the current stable version.. 5.5.1.13 noticed it a week or so ago..

One thing I just tried was to do a snapshot from the ui - and it did show the overlay.. just not in the image attached via the sms trigger
 
.13 is having some problems. Have a look in the BI update thread. I'd suggest dropping back to .12
