P2P vs Port Forwarding

Is it possible to use P2P instead of Port Forwarding, as trying to connect to BI that is on a Data/Mobile service is difficult to say the least , where hard wired connection is easy to deal with.
is there any thought of P2P implantation in the future?

NO.

No you do NOT want to do either of those....
 
Can't use VPN which would be best, due to lousy service and to many hops to the outside world

Please explain this further, what do you mean you can not use a VPN?
 
the mobile/data system has about 6-8 hops before it get to the outside and this makes DDNS useless(have it on my router and not working) they will not issue static IP to the internet

Which VPN are you looking at?

You might try doing some forum searches for CGNAT or "carrier grate NAT". There are some workarounds folks have used to be able to connect back to Blue Iris in situations where VPN doesn't work.

will look for carrier grate NAT , see what others have figured out
 
If you have Carrier Grade NAT and no public IP available (being static is not the issue, it needs to be a public IP), consider Ngrok or Hamachi to access BI remotely.
