It was an overreaction by a PA because my metabolism was off the charts fast and heart was working way too hard. BP in 140+ range (Came on rather suddenly) Once I was put on thyroid meds it slowed down.
I really don’t think I need it anymore nor does my doc. Likely wean off it it this year.

I am trying to stick to basics, High Blood pressure is a killer. This I know just in physics. Hydraulic hoses, water hoses, engines gaskets, etc. My main focus is pressure, all the rest is second...
I keep a spreadsheet/chart/history from our Medical Visits/Exams. I have seen just in the past decade Limits change. Except on Pressure 120/80
