For me, it started one day me and another guy were assigned a special duty in the USAF called: Biological Warfare, Anti-Terrorism, Defensive Biological Warfare and Pandemic Response in 1997.

Part I : The Briefing

I was briefed about George Bush Sr, restructuring of the government. Known to many as Project New World Order (NWO).
This was an array of policies him and future presidents would put into place, then manage by proxy with the future elected presidents.
This included replacing the Nation Civil Defense, its emergency broadcast system, and emergency response to FEMA and appointed bureaucrats so an elected official managed the response instead of a civillian.
The restructuring of the CDC. FDA, NIH, DHHS under the CIA chain of command. The comments from my instructor who is a 2 star general now, told me "this is a template of weaponize medicine"
The DHS and its role in the future to replace the FBI and local authorities with a single agency that has very small over site.
The restructuring set up the stage for things to come.
A group of specialist wrote some biological warfare exercises around NWO scenarios like the UN or China invading the US.
At this time we were going through downsizing in the military, the bulk of them that got the boot first was the ones that Civil defense civilians worked with.
Was briefed on the CIA developing vaccines as a way to control people and make people less objectionable to what they are doing.
Then I was told what to do after they got rid of the pandemic response committee, and Fauci's assault on the American people.
Part 2: Their implementations:
I left the military in 1999. Was reminded that I still had obligations as a pandemic authority.
9/11 happened, then the signing of the Patriot Act that disabled my ability to arrest people from agencies and congress and gave more power to DHS and FEMA, NIH/CIA offensive biological warfare program at Ft. Dietrich was restarted that Nixon disabled.
In 2004, the Obama administration disbanded the US Armed Services Pandemic Response Committee. Obama granted gain of function research to NIH, but some doctors had a small list of pathogens they didn't want to develop, because Fauci could make biological warfare super weapons and cause a global incident. This is the beginning of the hidden biological arms race.
Part 3 the NWO hijack and breifing:
In 2010, after the Insurance corporations set up their racketeering scheme called Obamacare, I was hijacked at an airport as I went to get my boarding pass, they gave me one to a different plane that was going to the same place by the same airlines, but the people on it was different corporation CEOs, lobbyist, and Joe Biden. They told me of their plans for their bioterrorism and their riots during campaigning with the left, Obama's Black Socialist Democrats that got renamed to BLM. and Biden's campain.
They told me, no matter what, they were going to wage biological warfare. I was forced to pick the pathogen and genomes they use to target (because it has to target a genome) so the fewest amount of people would die when they did the isolated releases and media hype the rest. I picked the coronavirus because mankind can overcome that virus even though its a class 4 biohazard when its engineered. This is a lot better than the two pathogen attack they were going to do: Polio and Small Pox. They told me China found out a way to remove traces of molecular tampering that was detectable on the laboratory tests to determine if a pathogen has been engineered (biological warfare) or natural occurring. They were going to do this with China and the WHO so they can spy on their biological warfare program as an ally.

In reality, you don't want to take anything for corona viruses because once your immune system gets program with it, its not going to infect you badly anymore unless you get exposed to a batch of it that was released. Most of the infections were from wearing that mask that I don't approve of as well as the new guy that Biden appointed for pandemic response.

But consider where you are pulling your info from: Mayo Clinic, a corporate co-wager. So they will be flip flopping stories just to scare and confuse you and make you focus on that instead of a person like me that is telling the truth about it and them.

Hydroxy is for contaminated water diseases. And when they do these things they do side attacks by contaminating the water. So you think you are sick, then they pull you into their misdiagnosis of covid.

The only part they got right is that it doesnt PREVENT. Nobody said it does.
However it does seem help as a treatment as does Ivermectin.

IVM is a protease inhibitor (like Paxlovid, Pfizers stronger drug) that helps prevent virus from entering cells.
HCQ acts as an anti-viral as well helping prevent the virus from entering cells, but less is known about the specific "how" this works
