Pandemic threat? Anyone else concerned?

A reminder, not from people like me who have no firsthand knowledge, but by a guy who happened to be deep in the thick of it and is way smarter

So, was it the vaccine in the 60's or our own Immune system kicking its A@@?

Actually if you look at the same stats/charts for MOST vaccines vs decline in spread and/or deaths, they look similar.

Most often the disease had already run its course and natural immunity had all but wiped it out BEFORE the vaccine became available.

Covid jab was the same, difference being it actually killed more than the disease itself.

You know this reminds me of getting antibiotics. I have tested this myself. I would, almost like clockwork, every year get sick once in Winter and the same for Summer. I did this for many years, at least a decade, until we moved away from the big city.
Anyway, I use to go to the clinic and get my steroid shot (which helped the symptoms right away) and come home with antibiotics (normally 10 days worth) and about 5-6 days of steroids. Whatever this was I got every year I ran a low grade fever 99-101 sometimes up to 102 along with chills but only for a few days, was weak then too so I would normally stay home from work for those few days,

I hated going to the clinic, feeling like dung, waiting an hour to be seen. So I stopped going every time I got sick. I let it run it's course.

Well guess what, the recovery time was exactly the same with antibiotics or without. The only thing I missed was the temporary relief from the steroid shot. Not every clinic gives those shots, I made sure to call ahead to confirm they gave that shot. I had one Doc once tell me I don't need the shot, I got up and started to walk out, she said where are you going, I said to another clinic that will help me, she then agreed to give me the shot, LOL, I think Docs don't like to be told from a patient what they need, haha, the smart Docs listen to their patients, we know our own bodies...

We have been out here in the country for almost 2 years now, not once have I gotten sick like I use to, sure I will get the occasional allergies headache, running nose, but we live in a forest ;)

It's so disheartening to still face the jab being promoted by "higher" education system medical centers... I had my last round of appointments with nephrology/surgery recently in order to go active on the kidney transplant list (been on it inactive for 6.5 years). They strongly suggested I get the jab before transplant so it had time to "take effect". No one asked if I had previously had C-19 (although that should be in my chart), as if there's no such thing as acquired immunity... At this point I won't even get the latest pneumonia shots, definitely not the Shingrix series (although I did previously get some pneumonia shots years ago).

I actually read the clinical trial results papers for that stuff, and the evidence is not compelling.

Really had to bite my tongue during the appointment, don't want to rock the boat and jeopardize getting a transplant... that included going along with the kabuki mask wearing while in the clinic... but it stung a bit... :)

So I have a question, was it the measles that took this child's life or RSV pneumonia since the hospital refused respiratory breathing treatments? Is this another "Died of Covid" mislabeling?

Does the measles cause pneumonia?

I think they ignored his respiratory problem. I think RSV pneumonia killed him

I don't know much about the Measles, I am one of those 60-70s kids on The Brady Bunch. I don't even know if I had the vaccine, maybe so for school.

This article is saying, 1 in 20 can get pneumonia from Measles...so why did they not treat her?

I think I remember my mom talking about things like measles when I was a kid. She said it was basically Hey little Johnny has the measles, all of the moms are sending their kids to Johnny's house to play and get the measles.

Wow, that is Exactly what my wife just told me today when we were talking about Measles. She said also for Chickenpox too. I wish my Mom would of done that for Chickenpox, I had it in my later teens and still have scars on my face from it.

Had we done this with Covid19 with those who were healthy, we would of achieved herd immunity like Sweden did quick, and we would of protected the elderly and those with weak immune systems like Sweden did and no lockdowns, like Sweden did. But NO, we allowed the rich to get richer and take advantage of a good crisis, as they say.:angry::mad::angry:

Exactly how our Mom's did it back in the day.
