Pandemic threat? Anyone else concerned?

This claim has been going around on social media for a few days. I'm not meaning to make light of it, but it looks like it could be another one of those phony and/or exaggerated stories. Remember how the phony story about hospitals overloaded with ivermectin overdoses came and went?
Another version of the story says the tumor count is "as many as 10", diagnosed "over the past few years", and "some malignant and others benign", contradicting everything in the claim except it's at a Massachusetts hospital. The nurses.org story I'm linking to can't even get it straight in itself, with its own headline contradicting the text.

Today's version is 5 nurses, no cancer. I'm more and more convinced that 90+% of what we read in the "news" media and social media is plain old excrement.

I think maybe, just pontificating here, that between Trump’s ego and the very real possibility of massive class action law suits, and international consequences the likes of which the world has never seen, that they’re in a box they can’t get out of.
Denouncing it now and pulling it off the market would mean the US govt would through discovery, be forced to admit complicity in the development of both the virus (designed using DARPA $ at UNC Chapel Hill) and the kill shot, which was patented by Moderna 1-2 years prior to the outbreak. Moderna would not exist but for DARPA/Gov funding and mRNA patents.
I believe that it was clearly a planned bio weapon, with the thought that the jab would indeed work. They set in motion the pandemic (for whatever reason one wants to believe) and thought they could easily curtail damage with the jab.
Like most things handled by government, both failed. The bio weapon wasn’t very potent, and the jab backfired and not only didn’t work, but caused more damage than the bug.
A colossal failure all the way around that the US govt cannot afford to ever admit.

What gets me, many I know want to blame China for the leak but it was our manmade virus they leaked...
