T56A vs T56B really doesn't matter as long as both ends are wired the same way. That being said, the best practice is to pick one variant and stick with it. That way if you ever have to re-terminate an end you can just assume it is T56B (or whatever variant you choose) without having to physically check the ends, but that's the main benefit.

That's what I did when I first started terminating. Chose T56B and stuck with it.
