PC Help, Lagging Video

On what device is the video lagging? On the BI PC? Or on another device/computer that you are viewing the video from?

I had previous problems with choppy video and lag when I was viewing BI PC through RDP from my office PC, including exported video. When viewing directly on the BI PC everything was fine.

I changed to viewing remotely via UI3 and everything is now silky smooth.

This is because there is a specific setting for RDP in blue iris. By default it set to refresh every 5 seconds. You need to set it to unrestricted.
