please help all cameras stopped

hello

everything was working great, some cameras for 2 years, I added some new camera and everything was great, my CPU was high so i switch to DTD

soon as i did the the camera went offline, put it back and nothing

tried other cameras, all are offline but one now (non hd)


i shcke the cameras are all set for h.264
I can ping and browse to all cameras from the server.

BI still show the IP is working away and the ram is used, also the status page shows the bit stream used all added they are about 5000+

any ideas?

I had to add BI as exception to my virus scan again but that didn't help

trying to work with support but it is slow because i haven't paid for it yet

DTD doesn't work in the evaluation version of BI. It also only allows you to use 1 camera. Spend the $60 and get a licence.

I have the full version, I just haven't paid for "support" - its a yearly fee now

Try disabling hardware acceleration.
