Hi everyone,
Please help me to solve this problem when i reset the password of this camera DS-2CD1041-I

There is no User define as show below.

Please help what to do? How to reset its an error occurred and when you click Get User List there is no User Appear.

You can try method TFTP TFTPServ upgrade for reset password your camera.
You need use firmware as same firmware your camera
 
I also could not firmware on the Internet. because there are two options:
1. Contact technical support for help resetting the password
2. request technical support for the firmware file and perform the reset yourself

Yes sir i will try and get here back when its done or not thank you so much for your support.
 
I don't know if i done wrong or not i follow the instruction my network DHCP connection is 10.0.0.x
As per the instruction i will change my network card to 192.0.0.128 but more than 5 mins still on initialized... Please help
