New problem now; I'm unable to play the H265 files I download from the webinterface

Are you using VLC player by any chance? Got the same problem, seems to be a firmware issue in that the codec information embedded into the H265 video file is incorrect. This makes VLC (and most likely any other H265 player) choke on the file.
Workaround: download VSPlayer from Hikvision website. The files play fine in VSPlayer

I have DS-2CD2035-I firmware 5.4.0 multilanguage but not work with my nas synology. :sad2:
