Please Help-Imust be doing something wrong!

Bought two new cams which were both supposed to work with BI. One is Zencam E2B and other is Reolink E1Pro. I can't get either to work in BI.
The Reolink just shows the multi-colored stripes-even after I went through the procedure on the Reolink website for connecting to BI.
The Zencam shows a picture, but it's just a snapshot and never changes.
There must be something I'm missing here. Both cams work fine with the android apps and the Reolink works fine with the PC app as well.
Can anyone guide me in the proper direction so I don't have to return the cams.

You obviously did not read the reviews of the Reolink camera in the forum. Reolink cameras are pure crap. Send it back. I do not know about the Zencam E2B . I would recommend buying quality cameras.

Dahua starlight cameras or Hikvision darkfighter cameras if you need good low light cameras.

Does the Zencam E2B have an rtsp stream? I did not see anything about rtsp on the spec sheet
