Please help me reset my hikvision password pls

My ex is an it specialist also an asswipe. I'm blonde and have no idea what to do with this computer business seriously and I'm a single mum with shitty neighborhood dramas that I really want to fuckoff so please somebody help me through this process iv been at it all night and gotte

We would be able to provide more specific feedback knowing if this is a -
Hikvision camera or NVR, and what model and version of firmware it's running. SADP will show you all that detail : SADP Tool
The various reset methods depend on that detail.

Look’s like you had a bad start here. I don’t like to see anyone locked out off security cameras. With your help Alastair and others here will get your cameras back on line for you.

How about we start with a picture, of the front and back of your recorder and one of the password screen.

For the next step we need a computer or laptop with windows on it, do you have one?
