Pls help to install IPCam Router 3G/4G

Hi forum members !!
I have a Domo IPCam Dahua model SD22240T-GN-W I can't to install it on 3G/4G router Huawei model E5172, my problem is most routers 3G/4G doesn't use public IPs uses virtual IPs type 10.XXX.XXX.XXX with these IPs it is impossible to get dynamic Public IP using services as DynDns, I believe only it will be possible using P2P server , somebody can help me to find Dahua P2P or another service for this Dahua dome camera ?, thks in advance for support

Welcome to the forum!

P2P will consume a lot of data just to maintain the connection.
You can get a static public ip, but your carrier will probably charge you.
