The cameras have specific mounting boxes available from the manufacturers so you need those to mount the cameras. You can also use PVC junction boxes. Those come in 4x4 and 6x6 (and up) sizes. The PVC lid can be drilled to match the camera and the whole thing can be painted to match the camera or mounting surface with a can of spray paint.

Bottom line is to get those splitters into a weather resistant enclosure.
